Branding for Authors

Designed to help writers define their most authentic public identity and provide strategies to communicate that in the marketplace in a meaningful, organized, and proactive way. The program will include exercises to help decide how to position yourself in the marketplace and how to pitch media and others who can advocate for your work. The program will include discussion of helpful tools for managing time and resources.

Presented by Susan Raab, President of Raab Associates, an international literary and arts marketing agency. Raab has promoted books, toys, games, awards, and literary and arts organizations. She is an author, journalist, and marketing advisor to the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators.
